Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you have read & understood these terms & conditions before booking your class/course.

Contract of Sale

Completion of the booking process & acceptance of our Terms & Conditions is your contract with Doughty Studio Ceramics.

Payment

Payment of the full course fee must be paid at the time of placing booking. It is not possible to attend a course unless payment has been received.

Cancellations

We are unable to offer a refund if you cancel a booked class with less than 7 days notice before its starting date.

We are unable to offer a refund for any session missed over a course.

We do not allow others to fill your place in missed sessions.

We do allow you to pass your entire course on to a third party provided we are notified with name & contact details in advance of starting date.

But, please feel free to speak with us privately with any concerns regarding booking or any of the above, we are not unreasonable people & will always try to help resolve problems.
